1.         Make a daily bedtime routine. Take a bath, brush your teeth and turn on the slow music the helps you sleep comfortably.
2.         Apply the same Bedtime Routine regularly and wake up at the same time in every morning.
3.         Exercise before three hour going to sleep it makes your body tire in a very good way.
4.         Never watch TV, chat, surfing internet, phone call or play video games in your bedroom
5.         Why don’t you have a cup of relaxing Tea i.e. chamomile.
6.         Stay on the bed and massage you feet and body with warm oil that makes you relax.
7.         Stretch your kinks or body and tension of a day before you lie down to bed.
8.         Listen to the slow music that help you relax into sleep.
9.         Don’t drink alcoholic things near to your bed.
10.      Don’t work well before sleep or bedtime routine this give make mind to cool down.
